About the return.
Do we accept easy returns? Yes! Our customer satisfaction is our destination! Please feel free to return any eligible item within 30 days.
Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has an evident manufacturing defect, such as the size, style, hair material, cap construction, or color doesn’t match the description, please feel free to contact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.
Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please ensure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
Please note that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you must contact customer service first; you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. The buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for a refund directly.
Care and styling products, accessories, liquids, and special order items are ineligible for return. Please note that gifts should be shipped with the original package.
After the return request has been authorized, the products can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send an email about your order number and returned package number.
Refund or Exchange
Refund
1. If the return is due to our problems (Such as Incorrect products, the Quality problems of products), we will offer a full refund for you.
2. If the return is due to a buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your payment as a loss of shipping fee, and before you do any return, please get in touch with our team service Within 30 days after you receive the hair packet.
3. Once your returned products are received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we agree, then the refund will be processed; we will deal with the refund via the payment we received from PayPal; if you do have a registered PayPal, you will get the refund within 1-2 working days or so; if you are using a debit card or visa card payment methods, which would take 7-10 working days if you want it back quicker, you can contact your local bank service. If you no longer use the original card, please get in touch with us in advance to avoid any loss.
4. If the hair is damaged or defective, we will do a partial refund; our customer service will chat with you for detailed refund information.
Exchange
On condition that the hair you returned is in good condition. If you don’t want a refund and want to exchange different hair, we do accept;Â the new coat you want; if the price is higher than the returned products, you need to pay an extra fee to get the latest hair; if the new hair is lower than the products you returned, we will arrange different price back you and arrange new hair package for you asap. We will contact you via Email throughout the process, so please pay more attention to your Email.
