About Cancel Order

After the customer places an order successfully, we usually will ship out the order within 6-12 hours. If the hair needs to be customized, it will take 1-2 working days or so; if customers want to cancel or exchange the order, please text our customer service within 30min-3hours or so after the order was placed successfully; if it is too late, the package may be already shipped out, and we couldn’t accept any exchange or cancel the order.

Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon-Sat.

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
